NSH, a leading Industrial Contractor in Bahrain, is urgently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Safety Officer for their Oil & Gas project. Shortlisting is currently in progress, and candidates with Gulf experience are preferred.

Job Requirements:

•             Basic graduation in any discipline, preferably in science subjects

•             Diploma in Fire and Safety Engineering

•             NEBOSH certification

•             Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Construction

•             Familiarity with handling safety activities in Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals projects

Responsibilities:

•             Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

•             Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards

•             Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols

•             Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices

•             Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare reports

•             Collaborate with project teams to promote a safety culture
